We are home dog breeders affiliated to the Kennel Club in Poland (ZKwP), which is an organization of growers, owners and lovers of dogs. The Kennel Club has 46 branch offices (we belong to the Koszalin branch) and we are the only Kennel organization in the country which is a member of the International Cynological Federation (FCI). Every year the Kennel Club organizes approx. 150 dog shows, 17 which are international. It also organizes, among others, Polish Championships of Obedience and Defense Dogs, Agility Competitions, Obedience Competitions and Greyhounds Racings. Havanese dogs are small and very friendly towards surrounding world. They never show aggression, even in relations with other animals. They adore their owners and try to spend time with them as much as possible. It is a familiar situation when I cook dinner while my pets are sleeping at the stove, right at my feet ... or when I wake up from the hairy surprise on my pillow ;)
Children make great companions for them to play their games which they just love ... they are smart and quickly learn new tricks. They themselves invite you to have fun ... and when it hits a hard day they will do everything to chase away the blues ... acting as antidepressants.
And without a prescription!
Havanese dogs are great friends, typical dogs for company. Therefore, I wouldn’t have recommended having them in the houses where the dogs have to stay most of the time alone. In the absence of the owner one should leave them in the environment of favorite toys, balls and bones. Your every return home, even after half an hour of absence is an explosion of dog joy ... jumps, squeals and wet kisses prove how much they have really been missing you...
It is impossible not to love them...
They are suitable for small apartments and houses with a garden.
They love walks, not necessarily long.
The advantage of this breed is beautiful hair that does not shed.
